 Business services provide clients with needs assessments and strategic planning sessions that target areas prohibiting organizational growth and development, so that processes can be modified or restructured to align with business priorities.

Professional training and development is provided to enhance employee skill sets so that the job performance of employees is greatly improved.  Training is provided on compliance, customer service, skills/technical training (soft and hard), leadership, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Additionally, management and leadership programs are also created to help employees acquire new skills and knowledge in preparation for new responsibilities.  A needs assessment is completed to determine skill gaps and a training or development program is designed. 

 Coaching is provided to those who are seeking health and wellness options or self-discovery and purpose.  Individual clients receive an assessment and complete a S.P.E.A.K. assessment that will assist in determining purpose (5) topics; Spiritual Gifts, Passions, Experiences, Abilities, and Knowledge, and an individualized plan is devised to assess additional needs for meeting career, business, family and life balance goals.  Training in areas such as career assessment, exploration, and mapping, resume editing and writing, interview preparation, and job readiness training is also provided. 

Counseling services provide clients biblical guidance and direction on issues that plague the mind, body, and spirit such as anger, depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, trauma and deliverance.  Counseling provided will help reorient disordered desires, behaviors and actions toward a God-designed approach that aligns with biblical principles.  Dr. Karen, the FLOW Coach is passionate about helping individuals find balance in their lives. No matter where you are on your spiritual path, guidance, support, and inspiration is provided that will keep you focused on your goals until success has been achieved.
